Competition Team 

Ascend Athletics offers NAC (National Acrobat Competition). NAC is a local tumbling competition that allows tumblers to showcase their talents on a competitive level against other athletes and gyms in the Kansas City area. NAC competitions are offered five times a year and all Competition Team practices are held at separate time from the athletes regular tumbling class. 

OpenGym

Open gyms are great for athletes of all ages who want to work on skills, get exercise, or let some energy out! The gym is yours to move freely and practice whatever you would like to work on. Take a look at our calendar below to see Open Gym times and dates!
