Ascend Athletics offers NAC (National Acrobat Competition) to tumbling students in Rising Stars, Shooting Stars, Shining Stars, and Ascending Stars tumbling classes. NAC is a tumbling competition that allows tumblers to showcase their talents on a competitive level against other studios and gyms in the Kansas City area. NAC competitions are offered five times a year – October, November, January, February, & March. Competition team practices will be held at separate times from regular tumbling classes.
